LAUNCH Europe celebrated a successful start at the world's largest trade fair for the automotive aftermarket. Numerous visitors at the stand as well as intensive discussions led to growth in demand and orders.

Automechanika in Frankfurt took place on 15th of September following five trade fair days with a record number of exhibitors, more visitors than in 2016 and a new record for the amount of exhibition space.

The event drew 136,000 trade visitors from 181 countries – another record! Of these, approx. 10,000 visited the event for the first time. 82 percent of the exhibitors said that they have achieved their goals for the event.

“The 25th Automechanika Frankfurt was the biggest and most international event in its history. From 11th to 15th of September 2018, more than 5,000 companies presented their new products. This year we showed a lot of new products. Among them, the ADAS calibration equipment is particularly attractive because of its user friendliness and favorable price. Many customers from automotive workshops with glass-repair-services are eager for information about this product and waiting for our local dealers to place orders.

As a new diagnostic device we have presented the EURO PRO4. It is the new generation of our famous product PRO3. The improved software interface and its intelligent diagnose function provides a better user experience and makes the daily automotive diagnosis more efficient. The combination of Launch Pilot TPMS and Launch universal RF-Sensor is the ideal solution for the wheel service workshop.

With the DS1R and GD1R, Launch also tackles the aftersales market of high-pressure injectors. In particular, the DS1R, which is suitable for the production of test records for diesel injectors up to 2000 bar, was found very interesting.

There was also a high demand for the X-931-wheel alignment. With the Launch non-contact method, it is possible to carry out a survey without coming

into contact with rim or car-body. The great feedback motivates us and we will continue to expand the discussions with the customers in order to further strengthen future cooperation in the best way possible.
